GPS is largely a “word of mouth” business. Funds come from our direct investor base and we rely on referrals for growth in funds under management.
Every referral we receive is a vote of confidence in our product and in our team.
Our borrower base is also built on repeat borrowers and referrals. So far in 2018 I have seen an increase in referrals from builders and marketers.
Builders are seeing new project starts deferred as presale levels required for bank funding cannot be achieved.
Marketers are looking to protect the sales they have achieved and increase the amount of product under construction to sell.
If you are involved in a project which is stalling, and unable achieve bank funding levels, then please refer the developer to the team at GPS.
